Becoming a parent is a life changing experience and it consist of a range of emotions. New parents can feel overwhelmed with fears and anxieties related to parenting and the Childs wellbeing. Prenatal depression can occur during pregnancy and through counseling my goal is to help you feel comfortable, safe, and help you improve your thought process and emotions.

After childbirth things don't always fall into place and it can be a difficult time. Hormones are not yet balanced and causing feelings of uncertainty, fear, anxiety, depression, isolation, and feeling disconnected from yourself or your child. I am here to help in an understanding matter without judgement. My goal is to help you through that time with support and understanding.
